The Medical Director, Dr Stephen Bassett is not only regulated by the General Medical Council, but actively involved in setting standards, as a doctor and a lawyer.
Because we have chosen technology which is both safe and effective, avoiding high energy LASER and IPL, we have no need to be registered with the Healthcare Commission; you can read more detail on this particular subject if you wish.
All Velashape™ consultations and treatments are provided with a female chaperone present.
Dr Bassett holds certification in all technologies, treatments and techniques offered; he has participated in extensive training in cosmetic medicine.
